YWTC CHARITABLE TRUST (YWTC) in partnership with Film and Television Institute of India, Pune (FTII) and Anandam Trust, Chennai is bringing out a Workshop on Screen Acting exclusively for persons with disabilities (locomotor). Very limited seats are available for the workshop. Interested Persons with disabilities who want to learn the Screen Acting can apply within the last date 20th May 2023 

Details of the course:

1.    Name of the Course: Lights, Camera, Inclusion - Screen Acting Workshop for Persons with Locomotor Disabilities

2.    Duration: 7 days 

3.    Dates: 19th - 25th June 2023

4.    Venue: Auditorium at Anandam Trust, Ambattur, Chennai

5.    Medium of Instructions: English & Hindi

6.   This batch is exclusively for participants with locomotor disability.

7.    Fee for the participants - FREE

8.    Participation certificates: G20 Certificates will be provided by FTII (subject to 90% attendance).

9. Type of Accommodation: Shared / Dormitory (If Required)

10. Security/Caution Deposit: ₹ 5000/- Refundable (To be paid after completing the selection process)

11. Age: 18 years and above

12. Education Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)

13. As this is a free course, we have to restrict the number of participants to ensure that the sessions are very effective. We will therefore shortlist the applications on the basis of key elements like existence of disability, age, aptitude and reasons for selecting the course, the date & time of registration.

Please carry government-approved Photo ID proof (Aadhar, Driving Licence, Voter ID, etc...)
